A beautiful apartment Positive: Brilliant location. Apartment is beautiful. Was a fantastic place to stay for the weekend.

This apartment is absolutely perfect for a city break or a business trip. Right in the centre of town with easy access to all the great landmarks, restaurants and with its own private parking available. It has a lift to all floors, and secure coded entry and a concierge for added security. All necessary kitchen equipment, toiletries and linen are supplied, together with a few dishwasher tablets. I would definitely recommend and will stay again if I’m in the area.

Comfortable and central Positive: 8 min walk from The Shambles. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lift and concierge service were a bonus. Negative: Difficulty understanding how the oven worked. Our fault probably.

Apartment lovely in an excellent location - communication could definitely be improved. Positive: The apartment was very well furnished, clean and warm. It made for a very comfortable stay. Negative: Information regarding facilities within the apartment. We did not receive information regarding the guest portal. Communication could have been better - we did not receive a response to a phone call and only received a reply to an email on the third day of our stay. This was regarding the Wi-Fi code. This appears to have been a problem for other guests as we read previous reviews. Old fashioned as it might be, a hard copy of guest instructions would be very helpful.
