Good Positive: Nicely furnished and comfortable beds Negative: No parking or shower/hand wash in either bathrooms. Balcony was dirty. Lights kept turning off in the bathroom. No bath mat as my husband fell in bath.

Positive: First of all, we'd like to express our appreciation for this apartment, which we found very comfortable, well-furnished, and conveniently located near the city centre. The reception staff was also very kind and helpful. Negative: However, we can't help but mention a few issues we encountered, which were particularly negative. The first complaint concerns the instructions sent for picking up the apartment key. The code in the first link was incorrect. Once you realized the error, the second message sent to us with the same instructions should have clearly stated the reason for the resending, especially since the correct code had two numbers reversed and the correction wasn't immediately apparent. This caused us a lot of difficulty and inconvenience. The second very significant complaint concerns the inability to ventilate the living room. A five-day stay in a space where you cook makes the environment completely unhealthy. Whatever the reasons, whether pigeons entering the living room or dangerously large windows, as reported to us at reception, this is a problem that needs to be addressed. As for the pigeons, they are indeed numerous and annoying. Even some basic amenities, such as garbage bags and dish soap, are missing.

Positive: Quality accomodation in perfect location

We had a nice couple of nights stay and it served our purpose well. Positive: We loved the location. Plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep and a few minutes walk to the main centre. It was also a very spacious flat with plenty of storage. Negative: The kitchen dishes and cutlery could have been cleaner! Also the lounge sofas have been well used and need replacing. They had stains on them and were very worn and a bit smelly. It made us feel uncomfortable.

The company who let this out really don’t care about improving your experience if you reach out to them with feedback Positive: Location good Negative: - the balcony door cannot be opened due to the landlord withholding this as an option and the apartment is really hot in summer so no air can be circulated through the living area - they claim they provide fans to offset this yet they were filthy with dust and did not cool the living area properly - the bathroom door was broken in one of the bathrooms and we flagged it and got zero response - the apartment had not been cleaned properly upon arrival, bird poo covered the balcony, hair was all over the couches and carpet, the floors were filthy and clearly no one had viewed the property to sign it off before we arrived
