Very enjoyable Positive: Excellent location

A bit frustrating and disappointing Positive: It was spacious, very good quality appliances, close to shops, restaurants, attractions. Kitchen and laundry was well equipped, beds were comfortable and nice linen. Negative: It wasn't clean when we arrived at 5.30pm! It took 6 phone calls to actually get someone to speak to about it. The cleaners came eventually after 6.20pm. We then had to wait till they finished cleaning before we could have showers. Attention to detail really lets the place down. The pigeon droppings are unsightly, and other people have commented about this. The bowl with tea and coffee supplies was dirty. There were loose teabags instead of individually wrapped bags. The temperature adjustment knob for the shower in the main bathroom is missing a pin and was extremely difficult to turn, very dangerous as it took quite a bit to turn down the hot water. The couch and dining chairs were pretty grubby, also mentioned in other people's reviews. Also, you need to provide more information about the concierge and after hours help, especially when the hours are very limited on the weekend.

Brilliant trip Positive: Within walking distance of everything. Lovely accommodation. Negative: If all information had been sent in one email would have been helpful.

Good Positive: Nicely furnished and comfortable beds Negative: No parking or shower/hand wash in either bathrooms. Balcony was dirty. Lights kept turning off in the bathroom. No bath mat as my husband fell in bath.

Positive: First of all, we'd like to express our appreciation for this apartment, which we found very comfortable, well-furnished, and conveniently located near the city centre. The reception staff was also very kind and helpful. Negative: However, we can't help but mention a few issues we encountered, which were particularly negative. The first complaint concerns the instructions sent for picking up the apartment key. The code in the first link was incorrect. Once you realized the error, the second message sent to us with the same instructions should have clearly stated the reason for the resending, especially since the correct code had two numbers reversed and the correction wasn't immediately apparent. This caused us a lot of difficulty and inconvenience. The second very significant complaint concerns the inability to ventilate the living room. A five-day stay in a space where you cook makes the environment completely unhealthy. Whatever the reasons, whether pigeons entering the living room or dangerously large windows, as reported to us at reception, this is a problem that needs to be addressed. As for the pigeons, they are indeed numerous and annoying. Even some basic amenities, such as garbage bags and dish soap, are missing.
