The Hackberry at Ryedale House

Great place for a York city break Positive: A lovely clean and modern apartment, with good facilities. It is in a great location, an easy walk into the city centre and to other attractions. Negative: The chairs round the dining table were a little too low for comfort.

Overall not the best !!! Positive: Location Negative: Lots… Room was messy/ crumbs on floor , no long mirror, no space in bathrooms , Only 1 key ,were were two couples, key safe & parking to many different box’s , shower in one bathroom was scolding & would’t turn to cold , messages man & nothing till thus day to say sorry !!! I never normally give bad feedback but lack of communication made me

Carry your own toilet paper and tea, good property otherwise Positive: Great location Clean place Easy to check in/out, though the code at main gate doesn’t work Property stayed in touch through the stay Negative: Scrimping on toilet paper and tea bags; last thing anyone would want to worry about on a leisure trip is budget toilet paper per use Not stacked at all with basics like tea, coffee machine, etc. Mirror is randomly placed in the bathroom; I reckon it will be difficult for male guests to shave No shelf in the bathroom; would be really useful to have something small to be able to keep basics like toothbrush, toothpaste, face cleanser etc.
