Positive: Lovely place Comfy clean beds + towels. Loved the rabbit lamps Negative: It was dirty, dust everywhere, sofa grafted pots dirty, Windows dirty. Neighbour was disgusting. Swearing and threatening saying we were noisey. We certainly was not. Tea towel + oven gloves smelt dreadful of oil so iv washed them. No cleaning liquid (flash spray) If the house keeper got the place clean it would be a great place

Well located, comfortable beds and good showers. Positive: Great location. Confortable apartment, though decor is a bit dated. Would suggest getting rid of the fake pink feathers everywhere. Negative: Staff was not the most responsive and answers to questions were curt and not particularly helpful. For example, WiFi password in the guest information book is wrong. When I asked about that I was told the router was in the utility closet and I could find the information there. Fine but would be nice to get even a short apology and indication that the information packet will be updated for future guests. Overall, just felt like the rental group did not care.
