The Spitalfields Suite

Could have been better - should have been better for the money. Positive: Location was great. On-site parking was also great Negative: The standard of cleanliness was unacceptable. Insufficient crockery, glassware and cutlery for a party of 4. The cafetiere was only a single cup one - not suitable for 4 x adults. Only 1 x 2 seater sofa and a single arm chair - needs another armchair. No washing up liquid or surface cleaner. The 'feature' wall clock didn't work. Only 1 x key fob for 4 x adults is insufficient. No dressing table mirror in one of the bedrooms.

Positive: Lovely apartment as pictured Negative: Very dusty and not the cleanest. Beds and linen were perfect but the toiletry bottles were grubby and there was evidence of previous guests.

Lovely apartment, great location. Poor information. Positive: Lovely apartment. Great location. Apartment clean, modern, private. Negative: Told no parking space available but car park virtually empty for duration of our stay. No welcome pack so no wifi information available.

Positive: Comfortable home from home with all facilities in ideal location Negative: Temperature warm and hard to control

Good but lacking the finishing touches one would expect. Positive: Great location, spacious, and kitchenette was well stocked Negative: There were no toiletries (e.g. shampoo, shower gel, hand soap) in any of the bathrooms or cloakroom. The furniture was quite old too.
