The Seventh Storey Penthouse

Would recommend this property!! Positive: The apartment is located in the city centre so very convenient to walk to central York and close to amenities too. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here, the rooms are spacious and the living my room is stunning. We loved spending our evenings in the living room every night- super cosy! Everything was modern and thoughtfully prepared. It was a very super easy check in with clear instructions. We did have some very small issues but this did not affect our stay at all. The host was super responsive, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I will 100% book again! Negative: N/A

The most perfect amazing place to relax with friends Positive: Perfect location and the facilities were amazing. The apartment was even better than the photos and plenty of space for the 5 of us, we didn’t want to leave Negative: Nothing! It was perfect

A great property, great location Positive: Plenty of space for our family. Great location. Beautiful place to stay. All in our party were very impressed with the accomodation, leaving them wanting to return. Excellent communication from host. Negative: A few minor issues, one of the sinks kept blocking and one was leaking but this did not affect our stay at all. It would have been great if the parking permit was included in the booking price rather than an extra cost. We have stayed in other apartments in Rydale house where the permit was part of the package.

Great decor and a really lovely space for a group of friends to meet. Positive: The instructions were very clear, they need reading properly! There was a very helpful lady on reception. Negative: In the kitchen it would have been helpful to have some pint glasses. One of the en Suites had a sink where the waste pipe was detached, so it couldn’t be used.
