Positive: Fantastic , so comfortable , so luxurious. Would not stay anywhere else in york from now on , my family and I will come again this year . Love it Negative: Would have been nice to have a christmas tree in apartment

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Positive: As soon as we walked into the lobby we knew we had chosen well. This apartment is gorgeous. Plenty of space, well equipped. Decorated to a high standard. All bedrooms with en suite. The location is spot on. Just a very short walk into the centre of York. The private parking is excellent. The lady who was on reception when we arrived was lovely and so helpful. Negative: Nothing

Excellent would definitely stay again Positive: Absolutely beautiful, lovely apartment very well located for town, spacious and very modern with lovely decor, comfortable and good parking arrangements Negative: Not very easy to access with all the key codes, plus as there were 3 couples we could have done with 3 separate keys, also the kitchen could have been a little better stocked with crockery, missing a few basic kitchen items but really not too much of a problem

Lovely stay in great apartment Positive: Beautiful apartment, well located Negative: Few cleaning issues to start with & problems with heating in first day but the allure were quick to respond & sorted this.

Positive: Spectacular apartment. Beautiful, classic elegance and so very roomy. 1st class Negative: Heating in the main room was a nightmare to operate. We were so cold on the 1st night. No Instruction manual in the apartment. Rang for help and told so see the welcome pack we had been emailed. Couldn't find one on our phone at all. Bedrooms were all ok just the main room wouldn't go higher than 12°
