The Noir Blanc Retreat

Would stay again Positive: Excellent location. Good communication through WhatsApp with Joe. Comfy bed. Mostly clean. Spacious and quiet. Negative: A bit of a mess about when you first get there with all the codes, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine.

Great location. Would recommend staying at The Noir Blanc retreat Ryedale House Positive: Great location, the facilities are modern and spacious (except for bathrooms) Negative: Unfortunately we arrived and the apartment hadn’t been serviced after previous guests. The property manager did action it quite quickly however we had leave for over an hour for them to clean and no compensation was offered or given.

Good location, clean apartment Positive: Location and clean Negative: Slight problem with en-suite shower - couldn’t regulate water temperature to go cold. Also, no allocated parking space with property. Had to book parking but then got told there wasn’t one available.

Positive: Great location Lovely decor Negative: No full length mirror😂 Shower water was scolding hot. We eventually managed to get it cooler, bit not ideal Bathroom sinks were very small, so very messy!

Lovely stay, great location would return but cleanliness is lacking Positive: Great location, lovely apartment. Nice and spacious. Stayed with my Gran who uses a walker, the place was accessible for her and it was great that we could park within the property. Easy contactless check in and check out with access codes and clear directions. Negative: The cleanliness wasn’t the best. Cobwebs, hair, crumbs and dust all over the apartment. The countertops and bedding were clean but the whole place was in need of a deep clean. We had some cleaning surface wipes with us so we wiped down areas we were using so it wasn’t an issue but was the only negative of our visit.
